As you know guildies already you can be accepted as a social member, but unfortunately we can't offer you a regular raiding spot as a) we currently have a lot of melee DPS inlcuding two or three regular signing rogues, and b) Bimnit suggests that there are issues with with your PvE gemming/gear (can't tell myself as armory shows PvP gear atm).

thx all i would like is social ive been out of pve for a while so i dnt no all the caps and crap but Bimnit could u help me out?

Well, I don't actively play my rogue anymore, but 315 is hit cap for poisons with 5/5 precision if I remember correctly, unless going for white cap which is.. bad?
AP is best stat to gem, along with haste for yellow.

I always found this link quite useful, it's definitely worthwhile checking on the rogue forums/asking other players their opinions as well though, and remembering that stuff can change quite drastically between patches.
